Lisa Malone, CPA, MBA

Lisa has more than 35 years experience in accounting in various settings including 25 years in public accounting, with additional experience in healthcare, and manufacturing.

Her broad range of experience includes oversight and responsibility for general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable / billing, cost accounting, budgeting, tax preparation and business advisory. She has implemented and assisted with setting up and training for numerous financial software systems and performed feasibility analyses related to new and existing lines of business for many entities. Lisa's experience includes tax planning and preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, estates, trusts, and other entities. She is also experienced in assisting individuals and businesses with choosing appropriate retirement plans to best meet their personal and business goals.

She is a Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63 licensed Registered Representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.

She was a founding principal of Companion CPA Group, PC in 2000.
